This short course is designed to provide you with an understanding of self-harm and suicide, including the triggers that may cause someone to self-harm or attempt suicide and how to recognise signs in individuals.

Eligibility Criteria
  1. You must currently live in a Non-Devolved Area of England or the Great London Area (GLA). If you live in GLA you must evidence you have permission to remain here for the next 365 days. For the rest of the country, you must have been resident in the UK/EEA for 3+ years, for purposes other than study.
  2. You must be over the age of 19 or older (on 31 August 2024) and be able to fully commit to this course.
  3. You must have the relevant ID to register for this course. (passport, visa/permit, birth certificate or driving licence and proof of address within the last 3 months)
  4. You must not have done this qualification at the same or higher level previously.

The course is delivered remotely and you will need a laptop or computer to be able to access and study on this course.
