On Completion

Upon completion, you will have developed a comprehensive understanding of how to support in a teaching and learning environment.

You will have gained the knowledge and understanding to support assessment and learning activities, promote health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion and safeguarding. You will also gain knowledge in how to develop professional relationships with children, young people and adults.

This qualification opens the door to numerous career opportunities in teaching and learning and provides a pathway for further education and professional development in the field. 

Eligibility Criteria
  1. You must currently live in the Greater London Area (GLA). If you live in GLA you must evidence you have permission to remain here for the next 365 days.
  2. You must be able to undertake a minimum of 12 hours per week working in a classroom environment.
  3. You must be over the age of 19 or older (on 31 August 2024) and be able to fully commit to this course.
  4. You must have the relevant ID to register for this course. (passport, visa/permit, birth certificate or driving licence and proof of address within the last 3 months)
  5. You must not have done this qualification at the same or higher level previously.

    The course is delivered remotely, and you will need a laptop or computer to be able to access and study on this course.
